Dad's Favorite Waffles
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Wheat Montana flour of your choice
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons of baking powder
2 beaten egg yolks
2 egg whites
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup melted butter
Directions
First, whip up 2 egg whites until stiff. Set aside.
Mix together all remaining ingredients (flour, salt, baking powder, egg yolks, milk and butter).
Gently fold in the egg whites. Heat waffle iron until hot. Makes 8 delicious waffles.
