Prospector's Craisin Cookie
Ingredients
1-1/3 cup butter or margarin, melted & cooled
3 cups brown sugar
4 Tbls. of your favorite Montana honey
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 cups Wheat Montana Natural White(tm) Premium Flour
1 cup Wheat Montana Old Fashioned Rolled Oat Cereal
1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups dried cranberries
1 cup toasted, chopped pecans
3/4 cup white chocolate chips
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix together butter, brown sugar and honey. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well. In separate bowl stir together, flour, oats, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add to butter mixture and combine well. Stir in cranberries, pecans and white/semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Drop by level ice cream scoop onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 14 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
