Single Rise Whole Wheat Bread
Ingredients
3 cup very luke-warm water
2 pkgs. Or 2T yeast
2 teaspoon salt
¼ cup oil
¼ cup homey
1/3 cup dry mile
6-7 cups whole wheat flour
Directions
Mix thoroughly first 6 ingredients. Then add 6-7 cups whole wheat flour and knead. Put into 2 buttered pans and let rise about 30 minutes or until double in size. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool 20 minutes before cutting.
